Sierra Asphalt Inc. is a locally owned commercial paving and site improvement contractor based in Rancho Cordova, California. Established in 1977 as an asphalt maintenance company specializing in sealcoating and crack filling, we’ve expanded over the years to provide commercial asphalt paving, pavement repairs and rehabilitation, maintenance, and related sitework throughout the Greater Sacramento region.
Our capabilities extend beyond paving to include grading, aggregate base preparation, concrete improvements, drainage modifications, and ADA accessibility improvements. Sierra Asphalt also has a Certified Access Specialist (CASp) on staff.
